More and more, scientific studies are showing that active seniors is healthy seniors. Between physical activities for the elderly to stay mentally active, and the keeping up of healthy social circle, older people to extend healthy life years or even decades. With all the attention of people into the right nutrition and exercise, if they are young, it is amazing that higher activities are escaped attention until recently.
